Have you just had a baby within the last year? Then this is the right program for you! 

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to retrain your deep core and pelvic floor muscles to ensure they are strong and provide the support your body needs

  • What exercises to do to increase your full body strength and muscle tone

  • Exercises to improve your posture and help relieve pain and tension in your shoulder and neck.

  • How and what types of foods to eat to nourish and provide your body with the energy it needs, (while breastfeeding or not)

FEATURE #1

8 weeks of workouts 

  • You will receive two 4 week exercise programs, which are accessible through my app, with pictures, videos and descriptions. It also allows you to keep track of your progress as you go.
  • You will also receive a nutritional guide to help you make healthy choices to support and nourish your body.


FEATURE #2

Support and Accountability

  • One:one coaching zoom call - with me your coach! 1 at the start of the program and again half way through.
  • Weekly emails to check on how things are going and encourage you going into the upcoming week.
